mast have - periscope bearing indication in the tactical map
This functions is a must - you need to know where the scop is looking in order to locate quiqly the targets. otherwise a lot of time is wasted on comparison of target bearing and the real scope position

Yes, it is absolutely inaccurate that the periscope would be showing true bearing (bearing on a map with 0 degrees being north) as opposed to relative bearing (bearing where the front of the ship is 0 degrees and the aft is 180). The periscope needs to be changed to show bearing relative to the submarine.

Wouldnt You need to do math every time - converting true targets bearing to relatives? Why?

Evidently the periscope pops up oriented to the sub third person cam. Odd, but actually useful, as you can orient the periscope before raising it using this method.
