Rebinding Keys - Using a 10-Keyless keyboard and need to rebind keys.

I'm using a 10-Keyless keyboard (no number pad) so as the game currently stands i'm unable to manually control my torpedos. I've tried rebinding them to the arrow keys, but that conflicts with the camera controls. Is there a better set of keys to use for manual torpedo controls? Can I un-bind a key to nothing? Can I bind key combinations such as Alt/Shift/Ctrl + key? Having fun so far but would like to find a better keyboard set up for 10-Keyless.

I'm on a macbook and made the < and > keys be left and right torpedo. L for down and the apple command key for up. Find something that is easy to remember. You might have to move current key commands but you should be able to make it work. This game is one of the few you can get away without a mouse...just trackpad and keyboard.
