Cannot release torpedos or load a cruise missle

Need help please. I see a ship to sink in periscope and go to torpedo firing. I hit the red button and hit space bar to fire and it says I cannot fire. Please tell me what I am doing wrong. Secondly I cannot fire or load a cruisae missle. I cannot take the green torpedo out and replace the tube with a missle. Can someone please help me? Thank you

To load your tubes with different ordenance, select desired tube with your mouse, and press "R" until you see the desired weapon appear in the tube. After this, your crew will need some time to reload the tube.

Please note that going to ultra quiet whilst weapons are loading will stop the reloading prosess.

Some times, if a tube is almost finished loading, and you go ultra quiet, the tube look ready, but you get the message "can not fire".

Also, going to fast can cause this message I believe... But not 100 % sure about that last one...

Yup, seems correct... well they jam, they don't blow up :-)

I ust knew they adjusted this, but maybe that was what speed they would jam on...
