They deploy when conditions are met ... no buttons to press
You go back to base and load them onto your sub like you would a torpedo. When you do you should see Special Ops guys icons in your stores tab.
You need to be at ZERO knots or they will not deploy!
Pretty sure in the last update they can be deployed at 5 knots?
EDIT: Yeah in the 1.05b patch notes "Spec Ops team now deploys at under 5 knots, rather than at stop"
Ahhhh, good to know. Helps if I read the release notes too. Thanks for the update.
I do think, for realism, it would have made more sense to be at 0 then 5kts or less. Good thing they are virtual notional SEALS.
Check rearm.
At weapon tab downright corner will appear spec force load button.
loading seals will show as eagle(I guess) icon.
