no game sounds?

hi there, as the title suggests, i have no sound whatsoever in cold waters.

Am i doing something wrong? Or have other people had this problem as well?

Edit:the audio folder under streamingassets/default is empty, but steam says i have all files, so im kinda lost atm

There are no external audio files up to version 1.04b, so that folder being empty is ok.
In your options I assume effects and music volume are on full?

yes indeed, both are on full, but i dont get any sounds whatsoever,

is there anything i should check?

I've got this issue too, just purchased and installed but no in game audio

i managed to fix it by running steam and the game as admin, that should help

No. I am planning to rebuy it later. Hoping some updates will fix it

I've now removed and reinstalled the game, that hasn't worked.

May I ask what other factors made you refund it? I only ask because I am seriously on the fence with this one. Not really one to use the steam refund as a test, besides this game looks like two hours isn't really enough time to get a good taste of it.

2 hours is'nt enough time .... go and watch Jive Turkey on you tube ... thats what sold me

There is more under the hood than you can find out in 2 hours ..... 50 hours or more before you even start to notice all the good stuff

I have watched a lot of Jive Turkey's video, just sat through a few in the past two hours. I am still a little confused as to how to use the tactical but at this point I am pretty sold on the game. I just picked up Firewatch at 50%off almost finished with that game and I am on the last mission in Sniper Elite 4. This one will probably be next.
