when are yall going to do new up date to the game new stuff

in big parks At certain guest count/themeing FPS got huge drops in FPS. i have a RTX4090 & i9-13900. Is it just the limitation of the game engine or is it meaningfull to upgrade RAM from 32gb to 64gb or higher?

Every time I start my game lately there are no other people on the globe besides my avatar. If this is not so, then what am I missing to be able to see other players?

I've been looking at this for years now and whenever it's on sale I click on it. But whenever I see the 10-ish dollar base game vs 50-ish dollar bundle I always hold back and think I'll buy it another time. I won't complain about the price, because that's besides the point, but rather: Is any of the DLC worth it? Does it actually bring anything of value to the game considering that you can get a bunch of stuff from the Workshop?...
