Pawnbroke now has a Steam page.

Your late uncle left you his pawnshop. He also left you his debt. Every five days Mr. Grin, a loan shark with a very wide smile, comes to collect. Come up short and he takes a finger.

• Every morning, customers bring something to sell: a pearl, a radio, a haunted doll, a monkey's paw. Buy one.

• Arrange your shelf. At closing time every item pays out, and the items around it change what it pays.

• Merge duplicates into better editions, deal with strange visitors and pay Mr. Grin before he runs out of patience.

• A free demo is with Valve for review and comes out as soon as it's approved. Your progress carries over to the full game on the same PC.

• Steam Next Fest: Pawnbroke is signed up for the February 2027 edition.

• The full game comes out in Q1 2027.

If this sounds like your kind of shop, add Pawnbroke to your wishlist and follow it. Steam will tell you when the demo and the game are out.
