Hi Steam! I’m the solo developer behind MAT, and I’m happy to share it here. MAT is coming to Steam, and you can already add it to your wishlist.

MAT is a turn-based tactics game with a modern take on chess. Five asymmetric races, a hex grid, and special abilities give you plenty to think about. Every turn, you decide how to spend your action points: move, attack, or use an ability. Bring the enemy king’s health down to zero while keeping yours alive.

MAT includes games against a computer opponent, local play on one device, and online games with a friend. I’d love to hear what caught your eye and what you’d like to know about the game — your questions and suggestions will help me decide what to improve next.
