But I would like to play in a normal PC version, and not through an emulator.
PS2 emulator can provide you a better visual quality, when you set the internal resolution higher. It can be a lot better than a real PS2's graphics, and very probably, better than a PC port's graphics.
I have a physical copy of Wild ARMs 5, would be nice to play it again.

it's not illegal if you rip the bios from your ps2 to your emulator folder.
Most of them will download the game for free
