Save Editor

Hey guys,

I made save editors for all the original Trails in the Sky games. Looking to make one now for Cold Steel. I've barely started the game though, so it'd be really useful if you could send me some save games from various points in the games (minimising spoilers where possible).

I can then analyse the save files and write a new editor for this game.

On a side note, would people prefer I stuck to the web save editor, or the downloadable version?

I've made an initial version. This is not complete yet. Will add inventory system at some point, and whatever else I can think of that might be useful.

Just drag and drop your save file. Save files should be located in "C:\Users\<USER>\Saved Games\Falcom\ed8".

save files 0-5: 1st playthrough
6-67: 2nd playthrough (NG+ w/ the basic carry overs)
68-89: 3rd playthrough, max AP run (NG+ w/ basics + max bond points and misc costumes)
90-116: 4th playthrough, ongoing (NG+, all carry overs)

Does this have support for increasing the NG+ value so you can get all the carry-over bonuses in one go?

I can add it in. Do you have a save file I can test it with? I suppose one from the end of the game?

Should be coming soon. Will try and work on it later today. Takes a while to log every inventory item.

Thanks. Been looking, but it's hard to find the right point.

I believe this game has multiple NG+s? 5 points on the first one, etc?

Do you have a NG+ save that is in progress, or preferably finished?
