We wouldn't be able to enjoy LoH games on PC or in English in the first place unless we had tried to get Falcom's and XSEED's attention on forums like this, where we thought they would notice.
OT: As the above poster said, the only way of making absolutely sure that XSEED receives your request would be to go to their website and contact them directly. If XSEED receives enough requests for it, they will consider the pros and cons of porting it. We wish you the best of luck!
Can you prove it?
Actually, most of the games XSEED translates are because somebody at their office is a huge fan of them and no other publishers are going after them.
Kind of. SpaceDrakeCF did try to commit suicide while working on SC, but SC wasn't the direct cause. If I remember correctly, he had apparently been struggling with some problems since before he started working on SC, he just didn't tell anyone, including XSEED.
Otherwise yeah, the 4+ year wait between FC and SC was a tough time, haha.
So I think if it's possible, released them together on steam and adapt with modern PC.
And there are very few SLG game could played on multiplayer mode, VM series is a good choice.
