I missed a book and I feel terrible about it.

I was carefully checking every npcs and spending hrs not to miss anything, but I missed Red moon rose chapter 7 because I didn't know I was able to talk to people at zenders gate during the quarry ordeal. I've made similar mistakes in previous games, and I'm rather hesitating that I should go back or not. I'm sure I can turbo it and ignore unncessary ones, it should take me about 3~4 hrs or so. This series never cease to amaze me, but I don't want to be amazed like this.

Go to Micht pawn shop or whatever, he'll sell you random stuffs including missing books. Just exit and re-enter his shop until the book shows up.

This. On the PSVita version I missed chapter 8, but after (it's RNG based) aroun 20-25 enter->exit to refresh Micht inventory, it appeared.

Yeah, in earlier games you were just SOL. (Well, there was one book in SC that you could get in a bookstore later on if you missed it. That happened to be the only one I missed. I got lucky.)
