minor text issue with stalker armour

Bug Description:
the description for the cloaking filed of the stalker armor mentions wraiths

Steps to Reproduce:
research stalker armour, read the description on cloaking field, one is correct the other isn't

Expected Outcome:
same description on both

4.27.0
