Reloading Grenade Launcher with Smoke Rounds crashes game

Not everytime, but it definitely causes a crash probably 25% of the time.

Picking up grenade launcher smoke ammo too off the ground can cause the game to CTD.

This still happen within the game (patch 1.22).

If you deploy the drop ship on another mission after finishing one, so trying to do the second mission before going back to base it shows you need to reload the Grenade Launcher.

This results in the game crashing most of the time as well and can show other solders needing to reload resulting with the same bug.

Something similar just happened. Mission 1. Went into inventory, Reloaded smoke, Game crashed, Reloaded save 3x. happens 100% of the time.
