What does "TBC" mean?
"TBD" is To Be Decided, and is the standard acronym. What does TBC mean, and why did they use it instead of TBD. Inquiring minds want to know.

Guessing it means "To Be Confirmed." I've seen both of them used fairly often. Pretty interchangeable.

And actually I've seen this in some projects and there it meant To Be Communicated. So yey for acronyms!

Well, I've been walking this planet for over 50 years, and I have never seen anything other than TBD used for this purpose. This team must be some kind of alien conglomerate disguised as game developers.

Well If you're over 50 I guess that's why you didn't just google "what does TBC mean" like us young digital types :-P

Personally, I've almost always heard TBC used, until the last few years where TBD seems to have become more common. I'm British, so don't know if TBD is an imported Americanism or something.
