Yes please. I really dislike that im unable to buy another crew member. That 1 more crewmember is all i really need and want.
And please make the choices free on what you want. So you arent forced to select only 1 type

Crew is pretty much enough. Situations when you NEED both mid turrets are uncommon.
But for a proposed casual mode -- maybe.

That's the whole point, you're forced to switch position.

Yeah, I think that's a bit excessive; I often bring my bomber to ventral gun to fill in the position after all targets have been hit. I think being able to hire another gunner would remove some of the distinct challenge of thinking about your locational awareness and where your guys are at.

as long as its Optional, why not? if you think you need the challenge, dont hire them. if you are like me and like more easy games hire him. just why not, no one is hurt, it isnt a Competitive Multiplayer game where any advance is created through this. Its just the Fun that everyone has for themselves with a Game. if you ask me the Option to have it is a great Addition to the game cause so you can choose a bit more the difficulty in the Game.

Lancastors had 7 crew members, thats why we only have 7 in-game.

If i want absolute Realism i would enliste to the Army and be a Gunner in such a Plane. This is a Game and should make Fun, and how i said if you think so there is no need that you Hire more Crew members.. so why are that many against it.... I want 1 more Crew Member so that i can have more Fun, if you have more Fun with less Crew than dont ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Hire them....

Thats what im actual doing but i dont enjoy it. And thats why i want one more Crew member. What's up with the people discussing it? I would enjoy the Game more if i had one more Crew member, if you dont want 1 more dont hire the additional Crew Member. Whats the Problem about that??? People are against a Feature that would presumably many People enjoy, there is absolutly no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reason to be against this Feature.

The bombardier is up at the nose turret for a reason

And the crew total was 7-8, sometimes the bombers were not outfitted with a central turret m, ones that did had an additional crew member

Hell, casual mode looks like a pressing matter, for the sake of not breaking the main game balance.

Adding a difficulty setting would help circumvent some of these feature request from dumbing the game down too much.

On easy: you get an extra crew member, and a participation trophy at the end of every match.

on normal: you can use esc to revert back to last save

on Iron Man: you cry in your beer when the plane goes down.
