Game is unplayable, i lost upgrades when completed a mission

So, i just completed the mission where you kill an ace, and icame back to the base
When i finished everything, i checked the upgrades, and suddenly i have a turret under the plane (i didnt have that one), and i lost my upgrades made to the systems.

Why!? i mean, just why ?!

Was the plane "lost"? (If the plane crashes on runway in some situations it won't be repaired) if it was you got a replacement plane. Totally understand why it's frustrating when that happens though, getting downgraded can really hurt

No, but i lost a landing gear during the combat and i managed to land without them. No dmg on other things, nothing got "lost" during the mission.

During the mission, the electric system was dmg, but the engineer repaired it. All the other systems didnt get dmg. Anyways, after the ending, i lost ALL the upgrades made to ALL the systems, landing gear was repaired, and from nowhere i got a turret under my belly.

My plane was completely changed, and got an upgrade from narnia i guess.

I think it considered your plane "lost" when you crash-landed without one of your gears. I've had it happen to me before, and it gives you a replacement plane... which usually kinda suck :/

REALLY ?!?! omfg... Belly landing should be checked then first. Is not possible that a common type of landing have this issue.

i've had the same issue, kind of annoying but since i progressed quite a bit i got a decent replacement plane, lost my 20mms tho :(

I know that this game is kinda "permadeath" so i guess the plane is lost entirely if it breaks... but even in this conditions it doesnt make sense, my crew survived, the plane just lost 1 leg, and everything was ok, dmg but ok.

Landing with a missing wheel almost always crashes the plane. Sounds like the glitch was in not displaying the crash correctly, or you didn't notice the belly landing. But yeah, you got a new plane with somewhat random upgrades.

As a pilot IRL, landing with all your landing gear is the best option, but landing with NO landing gear is always better than landing with SOME landing gear. This is accurately represented in the game. If you lose gear, just do a full gear-up landing
