Highest Rank Your Crew Reached?

So far, I have completed about ten missions and my crew is all ranked 4 or 5 and they went from "Sgt." to "F / Sgt."

Curious as to how far the rankings go. Could a crew member become a Lieutenant, Captain or Major?

my crew was ranked 5 to 7, sadly i just lost them all 5 min ago..

The highest level my crew has reached was f/o I believe it stands for first officer

since the game is based off the UK during WW2, it would use that, So F/O is "Flying Officer", or "flight officer", F/Sgt is "flight sargent"

my level 12 radio guy wont level up any more so 12 is probably max

I have a maxed out crew flying the "Thunder Child" (so called for all the lightning strikes). The plane is pretty much a quad-gun powerhouse. That said, neither crew or plane are the original.

My scariest moment flying it was when I collided with a german plane from below and it tore out the bomb-bay, destroyed one landing gear, and other stuff. Crew bailed out when over England and the captain brought her in on one wheel.

Funniest moment however, was when made it back with both landing gear in the yellow, and upon stopping on the runway, the gear snapped and she flopped on her belly, in a cloud of dust.

My current crew is all maxed stats. They've survived for a lot of missions which I think is due to being equipped with gear to allow them to fly at high altitude. Several enemy fighters can't reach that high which can be a big help when things start to go bad. I also have the ability to call in spitfires and HE ammo which helps keep enemy fighters away.
