Pack of cards: The first fourth aces and how to beat them

Aces are probably the most difficult enemy to beat in the game, varying from aces with basically just buffed planes to some which will take all your tatical abillity to destroy.

Ace 1: Really quite an easy ace to beat in terms of plane, weapon and health. Though a real pain in the early game, I would recomend Mark 2 Armour, Level 3-4 Gunners and Mark 2 304 x 2 turrets for a fairly easy kill, but if you have gunners with focus abillity, you can probably beat him with less.

Ace 2: Another easy one, you basically just need the same thing to beat Ace 1 but potentially slightly higher level gunners and maybe Mark 3 304 x 2's

Ace 3: This one is a tough one, you will need some pretty decent crew and a fast engineer to beat them, as their plane use incendiary bullets which light your bomber up like a torch. I would advice some Mark 3/4 Armour, Mark 3 304 x 2's or Mark 1 50 x 2, plus 2-3 fire extingushier. A mark 2 or higher engine extingushier would also be useful.

Ace 4: This ace can be lethal without a half-decent ventral turret, so I would heavily advice you get one. I would also advice heavily armoured gunners to take this one down. Here is what kind of bomber you would need: Mark 3/4 Armoured, Mark 3 304 x 4's or Mark 2 50 x 2 and level 6+ gunners.

Thanks for making this for other people, the way I beat them was just playing side missions grinding up my plane then unlocking incendiary on my gunners, for the ones past the 2nd or 3rd, focusing and killing them on the first pass since they almost always come in alone and on a straight path, so I kill him with my frount gunner and top gunner with the focus incendiary.

Me too, pretty much. I played fifty missions before I completed the first critical mission. After that, all the Aces were dead by the time I reached the third critical mission. Sort of a Live, Die, Repeat meets The Battle Of Britain.
