Tank Crew

While I was playing I thought about how cool a tank crew version of this game would be, where you're the crew of a sherman or any allied tank on their designated fronts during the war fighting off infantry and other enemy tanks and taking out enemy bases and emplacements. I just thought it'd be a pretty cool game for the devs to make if they ever wanted to.

Also if there was a multiplayer option for Bomber Crew that'd be awesome either having other people like friends be members of the crew or every player controls a plane.

A submarine game similiar to this is being developed called Uboot

I would play the hell outta some Tank Crew, although personally if it were say a T-34 instead of a sherman that would be cooler. Or even if you could change nations. I really hope in Bomber Crew they add different bombers eventually, like a B-17 or Wellington or B-25

Oh yeah, I was kind going for that in the main post, where you'd be able to choose from the beginning what front of the war you'd be on, like you could be on the western front going through a US or British campaign or you could be on the eastern front as a Russian tank crew or even a German one too.

That would be pretty cool tbh, moving the machine gunner back and forth to radio. Switching loader between loading and machine guns, commander up and down, using mg ect would be great.

As someone who backed it on KS, the original vision might have been similar to this, but I think the backers drove it to more of a remake of a Silent Hunter game. That's not a bad thing IMO, but IDK how closely it'll mirror how abstract this game is.

Cold Waters is a modern sub sim that's kinda similar to this, though there is no moving crew around.

Reminds me of the tiger tank campaign in company of heroes where you can control a lot of the tanks systems, similar to world of tanks style... much enjoyed it, would like more!

There already is a pretty good roguelike about being a tank commander made, but it's a freeware game done by some guy on his spare time: http://www.armouredcommander.com/
