I never tried to play Digimon World 2, so I can not comment. About Digimon World 3, I also had the opportunity to play it and I loved it, the downside is that it is very monotonous, the quests make you go and return to the same place several times, sometimes it seems like a walking simulator.
Anyway, they are good games but I think that all this will be in nostalgia and memories, I prefer that they make new games of Digimon. But if they want to do a remake of Digimon World Series, I would buy it without thinking.
Another small detail. 90% of Digimon games are for consoles, so I guess this will never happen.
Spike Chunsoft released Danganrompa 1 & 2, while Square Enix released the FinalFantasy HD-Remaster titles (I'm gonna laugh if they bring Dissidia spinoffs to steam aswell, but probably not, as it has Kingdom Hearts characters... and everybody knows that Kingdom Hearts was always console exclusive).
Bro, you know about re-digitize, right? it's as close as a digimon world 1 remake we will ever get
