The worst community of gamers.

Every day I get disgusted the community that has this video game, is the worst I've seen in my life. I started playing this game in December 2016 and in such a short time I have seen so many bad things.

Players using bots to get what they want without moving a finger while other players are spending time of their lives to play legally, as well as the ease of players to use illegal programs within the game, spam chat messages with megaphones, behavior Of children and I do not mean the age I mean the childlike behavior of many players. Scammers who try to make real money with this game and advertising misleading websites to steal players' accounts, players complaining about any nonsense, etc... The funniest thing of all is when players complain about events, there will always be someone saying: this event is rubbish or something like that. You should be thankful for all the events they do, but no, you prefer to complain without any sense.

This is a lack of control. In short, I like this video game but it has a community of players with a very childish behavior, cheaters and ungrateful.

I can sympathise with the GMs when it comes to the Icemon demands. I can only speak of what I've seen in my own server, but it was pretty ridiculous there with so many players stamping their feet and crying about wanting Icemon events. Filled the megaphone chat with it and I don't even want to think about how many must've whispered her asking for the same thing. Completely childish.
And people aren't aware Katy actually understands quite a few languages, and there were players there insulting her thinking she couldn't understand what they were saying.

People arent happy with GMs because everyone tried to report the major problems and exploits and they ignore it. I've tried since CBT to help, Always ignored, Back when the servers were hosted in korea and everyone has horrible connections, back when there were people stealing accounts via Q&A and now with these indos exploiting steam wallet bugs to sell cash at unbelievable low prices. But i barely get heard now, Ren seems to be busy doing something else. Can't blame him. I'm barely playing this game, and i only play it because im ''good'' at it and have nothing else i can play

The GMs you interact with everyday are community support GMs, not Devs. They rely on the KDMO devs for the most part and all they can do is minor fixes and direct our suggestions to the Dev team. And in return they get all the ♥♥♥♥ the community throws at them. Just seeing the people in my server whining so much and insulting them for no reason triggered me, and I wasn't the one being swarmed by childish and immature megaphone insults and whispers.

I also edited my previous post to further clarify some things.

As for Ren and Katy they're currently working in creating English patches to apply to the entire game, so they're extremely busy yes.

I don't know what kind of curriculum you need to have to be a Community support GM but i can assure you, that If i was GM and that stuff when on i would start throwing ban hammers left right and center. This is how the DMO community learns to stop. I know from my own experience and from studying these specimens daily. Gradual steps dont work anymore in this realm, you need to be strict from the get go or you wont have way to stop it one of these days

Oh believe me, that much I agree with you. I think harsher punishments are necessary in some cases, especially in regards to the mafia family ones like the RWT/hacker Indos and the bug damage abusers who ruin the raids for everybody else.

Perhaps implementing a system like RuneScape where GMs can punish the people abusing Megaphone and insulting them & others by revoking their chat privileges. A mute ban.

A Mute ban would be a good idea. Reporting someone for illegaal advertisement would also be a good idea. Doing an auto mute ban when you get reported by certain amount is doable,as long there is rule to prevent abuse.

Well there is already that rule of "False Report - 15 days banned". So I don't see why not doing it. Sure if you made honest mistake then nothing bad will happen. But if you trolling and keep having only false report. Ban for 15 days!

They could try to ban/mute those words they are using even though they will loop hole it with hex codes. Which leads back to "report" the shops. Just think about it for a moment. If I would report a shop for suspicious of exploit shopping. That is a strike against the person. Now the more people report it, the more strikes there is going to be.

- Those that are using Consignment Shops will have their shop closed.
- Those that are using normal shops will be disconnected.

No bans are giving yet. However the GM will be notified by the reports and investigate it. This truly deepens on their structure layout. Since the better it is made, the easier and short time it takes to complet an investigation. If that is not the case it takes them way too long then it is hard to catch up. Already there is a huge amount of them so it is not easy thing to do.

This also means they need to replace the current Macro Protector with something else. It doesn't work, only for clueless people which are just the 9% of them. A new working report system for macro needs to be done.

In-game check. If the game was able to record logs or it can already (correct me if I am wrong). Then that needs to be updated to spot patterns for macro behavior. If we ask our self how is the game played? Keyboard and Mouse. How many times is someone stop using the mouse to select targets? Let's be honest who is going for hours and hours using only the TAB and 1(attack) button. Without any movement from the mouse anymore? Now the only bad thing is that the game was not have false reports.

Now if we think about the other games. How are they fighting their bot problems and does it work? If so then why does it work and how we can use similar system for this game instead.

Player report sub forum is something that works better but it takes more effort for a player to fulfill a report. Some might be "why bother". Which they shouldn't.

At this point it has become common thing to blame it all against the Indonesian people. I remember that before steam release. The Brazilians were louder than Indonesian or at least what I experienced in Lilithmon servers. Not horrible as Indonesian but more of "cheaters" running around.

I don't blame the entire community in general, but those responsible for the GM hacks, ID/email hacks, most of the RWTING, summon and item spawn abuses etc were all Indos. I refer to them as such because they take pride in their heritage and ensure that everyone knows who they are with their constant spam in their language.
If they were BR, British or any other nationality I would refer to them as such. It's just for convenience, and not to pinpoint a particular country as the root of the problem.

I checked up on the macro forums, and it seemed like nearly none of them could anything about coding. Not saying I am better at it, but at least I don't need a longwinded guide and a bot to play properly.

Fully agree with you. It's rather sad how so many take pride in hacking others and ruining their fun and hard work. And then laugh and make fun of the legitimate players who dont cheat or rwt because they aren't as "good" players as them.
Not to mention all the bullying and intolerant behavior towards gays and and other groups of players. It's disgusting.

Which is pretty disturbing and something the gay players of the community certainly do not appreciate.
I've more than once argued with these bullies because of it and received some whispers of players thanking me for saying something against that type of behavior, so there are definitely players who are affected by this display of intolerance from the part of those who make said jokes.

Most of the stupid people are kids from ♥♥♥♥ teir countries that anme themselfes after p0rn actresses to be edgy. I know this because im part of the facebook group to advertise selling items IN GAME. They are all the same ♥♥♥♥, all under the same umbrella of oppression and stupidity
