I know it took my a few times to be able to reach to box x I had to be repeatedly as quick as I could before it counted down to the last second x Good luck and all the best x

It should work if Zack isn't in the room before you try and get in, or else he'll proceed to kill you. But if you're in the room alone, the box should let you in. What message is displaying when you try to get in, or is there a message at all?
