Advice for a simple mod

The only modding I've ever done is simple cosmetic mods for Minecraft, but I'd really like to expand on or change the list of names used for ATHO to add variety. Does anyone know how I would begin to do that? I know all the names are pulled from a list, but I wouldn't know how to navigate the directory to find it and if changing it would require more than just editing that file.

I don't think there are anybody who know much about modding Ancestors tbh. My advice: try everything and see if it works. If you do that, pls add "Fenrick" to one of the name lists just for funnies.
