Try doing a " File Integrity Check " , do you have other problems with your PC , maybe your RAM is not seated properly or is defective , try running the Windows Memory Diagnostic .

Have you done a "File integrity check"/ "Validate files" not a reinstall. Have you checked if your pc EXCEEDS the minumum specs for the game.

I had some crash issue while i lifted stone with a stick. Actualization of graphic drivers solved my problem. So my advice is check for latest grpahic drivers. Anyway you can contact game support via email - support@privatedivision.com

First reaction will be probably this so send all request files in first email to make things go faster for you.

Thanks for writing in and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues with Ancestors. Let me take a look at that!

Could you please send us a copy of the following files:

1. Your DxDiag report. Instructions can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028644/windows-open-and-run-dxdiagexe
2. The most recent crash files. These can be found under C:\Users\<Your User>\AppData\Local\Ancestors\Saved\Logs.
- Specifically, we'll need the latest text document beginning with "UnrealAutoReportDump" and the dump file beginning with "unreal-v0-".
3. A copy of your "SaveGames" folder, located in C:\Users\<Your User>\AppData\Local\Ancestors\Saved\SaveGames.

If you do not see the AppData folder, open any folder, click on the "View" tab at the top, and make sure that the "Hidden items" box is checked.

Maybe your refresh rate is too high , try running at approx. 80Hz , mine is set to 85Hz even though I can run at 144Hz with the GTX 1070 . Try playing around with the video settings , preferably 1 at a time .
