Im serious, because there never was a Orang Utan, Gorilla or.... Chimera (fantasy now???).... in Human Evolution....

The great apes (Orangutan, Gorilla, chimpanzee, and Bonobo) all had separate divergent evolutionary branches that ran parallel to the ancestors in genus ♥♥♥♥. Its a tree, not a line.

Its even debatable that evolutionary lineage forms a branching tree pattern, in many cases its more of a web, hominids included (convergent evolution and whatnot).

Though, honestly, it would be interesting to play through with different lifeforms. Just saying. Lack of opposable thumb might be an issue for 99.99999999999999999% of them though.
