Do you have any idea to run this? I have a Windows 10 Pro, and all the requirements of my computer meets.
I have no idea what to do, and if it says "Windows 7 or highter" is thought to work. I do not know how but some works and ask for advice. What to do?
If you have a dual monitor setup, switch it back to single mode.
Also check again the further system requirements against yours. (like CPU, GPU, memory)
If the error remains, I'd recommend you mailing Telltale Games directly for further support.
You should open the Steam support form and submit a refund request to get your money back. If the purchase isn't older than 14 days, it should work.
