The Walking Dead: A New Frontier: cannot play
Hi there!

So I've been playing seasons 1 and 2 no problem (except for a few lags)
Now I install season 3 and I just can't play the game.

I start the game, get to the title where I have to "click to begin". At that point a black screen with a loading circle on the bottom right. I managed to get a background image for a second once but the rest of the time, it's just loaded for 10 seconds and then crashed. Impossible to get any further.

I've tried rebooting the machine. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game (after that, the background image appeared once, the game crashed and now it's doing like before where it crashes on the loading screen).
I'm scared that it might just be that my computer isn't powerful enough given that it was a bit laggy on the first two games. I imagine the third season is a bit heavier and requires more power.

Can anyone help me? I'd really appreciate it!

Hello!
Make sure that you have enough disk space and of course have a very powerful video card like NVIDIA or Intel HD Graphics. Also change the resolution to a minimum (800x600).

Thanks guys. The disk space was a huge issue. It works now but it's a bit laggy so I imagine I also need to get a better video card. Thanks again! Very curious to see how bad my PC will react to season 4...

You are welcome. I played TWD Season 4 in a default resolution (1280x720) it was veeery laggy. And then I decide to change the resolution to the lower one (800x600) No mouse lag anymore!

That's also really useful information! It's been SUPER laggy and I'm actually stuck on a level because of how slow it plays! Thanks. :)

Hello... :) I have the same problem as miss Charlie!!! I just want to open the exe (game) to look the option of the game but I can't go even to main menu... My screen gets blackened!!!!
I can see the logo of the game and the DLC checking etc but it won't start
Should I first play the 1st Walking dead game with Lee and the Season 2 game to be able via DLC play the New Frontier game??? Or it doesn't matter???? I began to play the first game but I just wanted to watch the menu of the Frontier game.. !!!!
Will you help me..... please????
