In that case maybe all I need to do is replay the last chapter, because I chose to save David and whatsisface. (Went for the whole brotherly love thing during the last couple chapters, but the Kate thing really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ me up.)
Clementine's past of course is factor on how things play out. If you don't mind spoilers, check out this guide about what Clementine will do based on her past ( flashbacks ).

Do remember, that no matter what though, someone will die. You can't save everyone after all.. :-(
Who Javi and Clem decide to help.
Javi will help whoever you choose to help.
Clem will provide assistance based on her opinion of Javi.
If Clem trusts Javi completely she will help him save whoever he wishes too
If Clem still has doubts about him she will help whoever he doesn’t help.
Kate will go to save Richmond while David and Gabe make a run for it.
If Javi and Clem go together
SAVE KATE: Kate will live , David and Gabe dies
SAVE DAVID and GABE: Kate will die, Gabe and David live
If Javi and Clem split up
SAVE KATE: Kate will live, Gabe will live, David dies
SAVE DAVID and GABE: Kate will go missing, Gabe will live, David dies
