I like Eleanor more but cannot understand why she made Tripp died.

To be fair Javi and Kate thought David was dead for literally years, they had no way of knowing he was alive so any feelings they may have developed for one another in that time is a bit less immoral than you might think.
I'm not saying I liked Kate much, but things likely would have played out differently if they'd known.
As for Eleanor, I liked her until she suddenly turned into a traitor and then blamed everything on Javi. After that I couldn't care less about her.
