Game won't launch !

After installing/uninstalling this game quite a few times, I've discovered it won't launch in my niece's computer, which is is completely strange considering season 1 and 2 do open without any issue.

Problem starts when I launch the game, Steam will show the "SYNCHRONIZING" bit and go green, but then it goes back to blue without starting the game. The game appears in the task manager for a brief moment before completely dissapearing.

Things I have tried to far that won't work:

- Updating GPU drivers
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the game
- Verifying files through Stea, to make sure none of them have errors
- Opening the game from its .exe file
- Trying all sorts of compatibility modes (Keep in mind this is windows 10 64bits)
- Whitelisting the New Frontier folder so that the antivirus won't block it
- Checking all other threads with this same problem/similar problems: none of them proved useful
- Crying myself to sleep and hoping the thing will launch in the morning

If anyone has found a fix to this issue, I'd be grateful if you shared! I finished the game myself already, but I really want my niece to be able to play it herself.



Important Specs:

-Windows 10 64bits
-AMD Radeon HD 7400M series (this pc is old, but do keep into account it runs newer games without issue)
- 8GB RAM
-Processor Intel Core i3-2348M

Late update to know what is going on!!!
I asked for help from Skybound via email and they said that to this specific game the default settings are too high !!!
That's why some people have problem with launch!!!
So they sent me a file which is the "prefs.prop" and I had to do these moves
Go to C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\Telltale Games\ go into the A New Frontier folder here. Delete all files within your A New Frontier folder, then empty your recycling bin.



Then you paste this file to the empty folder and start the game from the desktop or where the exe file is !!!
Wait a little so the game fill up all those files that were deleted and you should watch the Main Menu of the game !!!
So I have done all these and now I can play with no problem !! I made changes again to play full screen of course with no problem!!!
