This. OP is just bored and looking to troll though.
Both of her parents are black and Telltale have confirmed this.
And choosing to wear your hair in pigtails does not make you asian.
Ofcourse her haircut in Season 1 was a lot shaggy and reminded me more of black people, while the shortness of her hair in S2 and S3 made her start to look like a regular asian girl rather than a mulatto.
If that isn't proof enough, then in an interview with the developers of the game, they said they wanted Clementine to look like she could be Lee's daughter. (I'm too lazy to find the article again).
