Mouse Slider Problem.

I am currently stuck in episode one in the part where gabe, marianna, and javi's sister in law in disovered under the trailer. Now after I hit the man with the gun the arrow to slide left pops up. I slide left and it doesn't work. My drivers are updated and everything is fine graphic wise. The weird thing is I already did one of the mouse sliders earlier and it worked. May I have some help on how to fix it?

You're suppose to press the W, A, S, D keys on your keyboard in order to press the arrows that pop up on your screen. You don't use your mouse to move, only to point and click items or to interact with other people!~ :)
