What do you think of Javi,and the new Clementine?

Dont get me wrong,but Javi is my favourite character,i dont like something about the new Clementine,she's still a legend and all but Javi just wins everything,what do you guys think?

Acutally, I was wondering, do we know how long it's been since the end of S1? She was 9 then, right? How old is she now?

8 - 9 years old in season 1, 11 years in season 2, and now she's 13 years old in season 3, probably will be around 14 by the end.

Ah, that makes more sense. I was thinking she's supposed to be 15-16 by now. In retrospect, I can't really remember why I thought she was supposed to be older, but I don't know. I might have been mixing it a bit with the time jump in the Last of Us for some reason. Maybe she's not short for her age after all, haha.

Well her voice sounds great for her age, definitely more mature than she previously was, she's still intelligent (she's been quite intelligent for her age since season 1, it's a notable trait), and she can take care of herself at this point (although she's warming up to Javier a bit). So yeah, I can understand people thinking she's older than she is, puberty made her look quite a bit different than what we last saw in season 2 also it appears.

[Decay]

I love Clem. It gives you a way hightened sense when she is in a scene with you. She goes of the rails half the time and I love watching it. Also the new guy is fun to play. Hes the leader and it feels like the desions you make affect the game in a big way.

Her character design looks like a 16 year old. She even has pretty big boobs

Wrong, Javi has a lot of potential and we all know that he will not die that easily, and either Clem, make up your points, if you don't like Javier, refund right now and forget about this game or just watch the Clem parts

lol arrogant jerk much? They arent WRONG on how they feel jerk. They can feel however they want. They can play even if they dont like javi. You are not the boss overlord of telling people how to feel moron. Your whole statement is just aggrogance middled with stupidity. GTFO.

The thing I am angry about is i developed clem a certain way but telltale was to be lazy to take that into account. Every clem no matter what save you load up , is exactly the same. Only difference is a 1 line and it isnt really much. Seriously. Everything Lee taught her and what you decided for her in season 2 was just scrubbed.

That is why so many people are pissed. That is why people want control over her again , because telltale screwed it up. That is why it should of been clem as the main character and not some deeb who is stuck in a love triangle with a woman who is married to his brother. Dumbest and lamest thing ever. I could careless about that crap.

Telltale could of spent more time developing the game. they could tell the playerbase, "hey we are going to work on it somemore so your clem's personaility you decided can be reflected. We will need to raise the price however." I betcha people would be ok with it.

I also really liked Javi, he is a really cool and nice character and also good to control and play as. But something is srsly wrong with Clem. We don't know what happened to her at the new frontier so far, but I hope nothing bad because its CLEM!

I don't think anything bad happened to her personally, but we should be more worried about AJ because the plot implies Richmond was a good place and Clem left him there temporarily, now she's kinda freaking out because Richmond is taken over by the New Frontier and Clem ditched them, so they probably don't like Clem. It's quite the bad situation for Clem right now, but nothing is wrong with her in another sense.

While i certainly somewhat like the change of pace a little. I'm a bit 50/50 with this one. I get that javier has somewhat of an interesting character and a somewhat possible love story maybe? Though i'll keep my fingers crossed for kate to end up dying so most likely no.

I also do want to see more of character arcs. If nothing flashbacks are just ugh... I despise timeskips because people want to know about characters and what happened. we don't want to be left in the dark. Especially with clementine. If she's now simply just a side character, how are we supposed to get more info from her? Especially since she's seperated from the rest?

I also am not a big fan of clementine's loner status. She might as well became a second Jane now. Loners like Jane don't always end up becoming the best outcome/ scenario. I'm not saying Clementine should join up with a bigger group such as the "New frontier". But she should find a small group at least. Clementine is potrayed as a caring person and i don't think this is what Lee would have taught her.

And what's more, its out of character for her to join the group such as "The New frontier". I mean a group that has freaky looking tatoos as a sort of initiation? Seems that's a group that gives anybody the heebee jeebies.

Maybe clementine got desperate or something and she had to do more drastic measures. But until we get more info instead of ridiculous flashbacks, i'm just gonna assume that telltale ♥♥♥♥♥♥ this up and make her a loner like jane ended up being.

The best thing i see is for clem to take aj and be with javier's crew. This way, we satisfy both sides. Clem lovers and people who like javier and we get plenty of story to catch up.
