Kenny's and Jane's Fate?

I finished both Season 1 and 2 long time ago and lost the save files.
I have to start a new game in which Clementine was alone with AJ - I assume this is from the "killing both Kenny and Jane" ending from Season 2.
So do Kenny and Jane show up in this game? If so do they get to live to further episodes, or just die in the first episode (I know how Telltale LOVE doing this)?

Kenny and Jane appear in a flashback scene in EP1 if you had the "leave with Kenny" or any of Jane endings respectively.

If you're with Kenny, he'll die in a car accident.

If you're with Jane, she'll commit suicide after finding out she's pregnant.

If you stayed at Wellington, it'll be overrun and that one lady that let you into Wellington back in S2 will get killed.

If you're by yourself, Clem will lose her finger after getting it stuck in a car door.
