Unplayable due to mouse lag Windows 10
Title kind of says it all
And no I'm pretty sure it's not my PC because all other PC games (including ones with better graphics) work just fine. The game runs, but it's unplayable because there's a good 2 second lag with the mouse. The graphics stutter a little but it's the mouse that's driving me nuts. I've turned off Cortana, I've fiddled with the touchpad settings, I've fiddled with the game's settings, nothing is working. In a decision-based, quick-paced game I need my mouse to not lag. This is really frustrating.

I have Windows 10 and my mouse doesn't lag at all. The best advice I can give you is go into your device manager and update your mouse. I would say for you to disable and re-enable it but I mean, if you aren't using a laptop then there wouldn't be a point, really. That's my best advice and if that doesn't work you could try reinstalling it or verifying the cache.

if graphics are stuttering that is why you have mouse lag. filld with your graphics settings and see if it improves.

Already tried that, all drivers are updated so I'm not sure what else I can do to fix it

I have extreme mouse lag too. Win8 and up to spec machine but the mouse lag means I can't make decisions in time making the game unplayable. Sadly I'm considering getting a refund..

Everything is up to date and both other Walking Dead seasons work fine along with many more intesnsive game on my machine. It's not as if the games are throwing graphics all over the place either, they are some of the least intensive graphics in any game I have, it just runs appallingly slow.

Reinstall the game. I had mouse lag as well. After reinstalling twice the game runs flawlessly. I advise against switching download servers during the download, as that seemed to bugger up the first install and the game wouldn't even boot.
