Doctor choice.

Could someone gently explain to me the choices offered by Doc. Lindgard scene? I do not understand consequences of mine. I refused to inject him because I thought that he would not have spoken about AJ, suiciding himself. Clem, though, seems upset. I clearly know I missed some points of Doc. speech.
Can someone help me out?

me too i thought that if you let him live he would've told clem where he was so i spared him and he didnt

He wanted to die and so he wanted to basically coerce Javi into killing him. So he bargained with them. Fulfill his wishes and his dying act would be to tell them where AJ is. If Javi refuses to kill him, he refuses to tell them where AJ is.

If you don't do anything, Clementine will give Dr. Lingard the lethal dose herself. I, along with 1½ percent of players were so torn by the idea of taking him out, that we didn't make a decision.

i didnt want him to die so i refused to give him the seringe if you dont want him to die just say no idk why you didnt chose an option

I had replay through the whole scene because I thought if you injected him he would die so fast he wouldn't say where AJ was. Turns out it's the opposite :/

Yes he said where he is. Saw that on youtube because I refused to do it too.
It is somewhere outside. As I know TT I guess we will go to there anyway in EP5.

Yeah he does say where he is but that's it. Ep 5 we find out what happens with AJ. I feel like something bad happened, Telltale isn't being straight with us on AJ.

strange thing is there was no timer if I remember just a do it or refuse...and on second javi activly holds clem back
I hadn't hold clem back if there was that option.

If you kill him, Joan show him to community you're and your brother a killer and dangerous... But in the end it's not affect anything.

I expected, if I must tell the truth, that Doc Lingard showed up eventually to defend Javi and his people.

I didn't inject him since he is close to David and expressed how David kept him motiviated to live, so if he saw that David lived he would be more willing and greatful that I didn't kill him, and if anything David would instruct the Doc to give up AJ's location, and David wouldn't be mad that I killed him, Clem would just have to wait a little longer for Aj's location.
