episode 5 crashes

got as far as the water tower and mixed with walkers but as soon as you pres any key for motion it crashes to desk top
I tried to start from the beginning but same results please help

have you tried verify game cache? beware though as it might erase your save files. I recommended saving your most important save to the cloud save and do that.

Had exactly the same crash. Restarting ep5 fixed it for me. It may have been caused by dying before you reach the generator.

I would suggest restarting ep5, duplicating saves when you get to the water tower, and try not to die before reaching the generator. Worked for me on Win7. Hopefully Telltale will fix this.

this is not supposed to hapen. game is ready for a long time and this is a issue that MOST o the players are getting.

Oh, come on. MOST? This is the first I've heard of anyone having this issue. I'm not saying you three are the only ones, but claiming the majority of players haven't been able to finish the game is just plain silly.

Have this exact same problem, redownloading the game did nothing. I'll try to restart and hope it works I guess...
