WHY SO MANY PEOPLE HATE GABE???

It is all about empathy. He is annoying teenager, no doubt, but I don't hate him just because of that. He always wants to act right. And by the way, most of the teenagers are just like Gabe.

I don't really get it either. He's not a bad kid. He's a teenager, who had to grow up in this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of a world. We all know damn well some of us were him, moody ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ teenagers who occasionally did stupid ♥♥♥♥. There's been a few select times that he legitimately pissed me off, but I try to be understanding of him, he's got a lot goin on in the timeframe of the game, he just lost his sister, now his dad's alive, he's trying to prove himself to his dad, and everyone else, all while dealin with his crush on Clem. At least Gabe owns up to his mistakes, and admits how much of a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ he was sometimes. He's trying to be better, and become more mature. But it's not gonna happen overnight.

I chuckle at all the people who don't like Gabe. If their distaste for him doesn't prove they are the same age as him, it at least proves they are as immature.

Immature people tend to think all the problems they face are everyone else's fault and not their own. Just like Gabe. There is absolutely nothing unusual with his behavior. If it's one thing I have learned with my own experience with kids, it's that I was like that once, and people had patience with my teenage years. I therefore do the same.

Because they wrote him pretty inconsistently. In the first 2 episodes, he is borderline autistic. Later on, he becomes more normal, still dumb/misguided like before but you can understand his behavior at least. Lastly, he only causes problems. He always told on me. That little prick lol.
