Clearly not written with the PS4 in mind, but useful nonetheless with the issue reporting url and ideas on what to inform, etc.
That being said, i recall the PS4 having some way to report issues on game freeze, maybe it can be used in other circumstances too?
As for the PS5, the new console has been confirmed by Sony to have *full* backward compatibility with the PS4 games catalogue (requiring zero effort from game devs), so it's certainly gonna work there, as well or better than on the current console. (both PS4 and PS5 are running on a x86 64bits chip architecture, same as used on common PCs, so not as hard to make this happen as previous transitions - PS1 > PS2 > PS3 > PS4 - which all had very significant architectural differences to handle)
