DLC A Stitch in Time - downloaded and installed but not available in game

I habe downloaded and installed the new DLC on my Windows 10 PC.

The new DLC won't show up in game. There are icons of every DLC on the Menu Screen but the DLC is missing. I can't find the new hospitals on my map.

Restarting the computer does not help. Steam says "DLC installed".

Hi Jay, the levels won't appear on your meta-map until you've got 1star on Mitton University. If the DLC is installed you should see a small glowing crack in the ground just about the fun fair.

If you hover your mouse icon over the Stitch in Time DLC icon on the main menu you should see a tooltip explaining how to unlock it :)

I have three stars in Mitton University and the place next to the fair.... no crack.

Still no DLC.

Oh sorry Jay I think I misunderstood you. I thought you could see the DLC icon on the main menu. Could you please check your DLC properties for the game? You should see 'A Stitch in Time' listed if you own the DLC. Try checking the box on and verifying your game files.

The DLC is installed.

But: I found the problem - and the solution:

Some time ago you offered a twopointhospital_beta_patch BETA-Version of the game. If I remember correctly there was something with the "Music / Juke Box".
I never changed the beta setting to "none". So: if you use the beta, the latest DLC isn't working - all other DLC with new levels are working fine with the beta.


So, here we go! Clockwise upon Tyme - I am coming!

Just wanted to say thank you since I was experiencing the exact same issue and it took me a while to find this solution. The beta does not work with the DLC. I selected None and is now downloading the update. :)
