The (sixth) new gold standard achievement not unlocking.

I have completed the following achievements, have all the DLC with levels in them, and they will not unlock.
- Cut above ( done 4 times on 4 different maps to try to unlock all trained from 0-5 )
- The (sixth) new gold standard - I have completed all hospitals 3* + the 8 bit hospitals

I have these others but i am going to restart those levels again after this new patch to see if they will unlock this time
- Symbiosis
- Character Development


I have done the following:
Closed the game and re-opened,
Re attempted
Uninstalled two point and re installed,
Waited for the latest updates,
Uninstalled Two point and Steam and re installed,
Wiped my laptop and reinstalled all.

Please help!

Edit: after latest update i have re-attempted Character Development and it has unlocked on this attempt.
