Patients not entering Chromatherapy room?

Not sure what to do about this. I have patients sitting outside the Chromatherapy room just waiting, and the nurse inside is goofing around with the coffee and crap but never summons the patient.

I tried picking up items and moving them around and closing the room down but nothing seems to work...

edit: Going into Edit mode and picking the room up seems to have fixed it. Don't know why I needed to do that though...
