Hello everyone,

We've just released Two Point Hospital: Speedy Recovery! Here's the release notes:

Release Notes:

Build: 1.29.36

• Added Speedy Recovery content for purchase
  • Brand new ambulance gameplay
    
  • 3 new levels
    
  • 19 new illnesses
    
  • Lots of new items

• Added ALL Global Superbug Project rewards to Hospital Pass (Sign up and link your Steam account to unlock them!)

Bug Fixes:
Windows:

• Fixed an issue where some players couldn't buy plots on base game levels
  
• Fixed visualisers not working on some base game levels

Mac M1:

• Fixed an issue where staff and patients were sometimes not visible
  
• Fixed appliances disappearing when in Temperature or Maintenance state
  
• Fixed Ghost NPCs turning invisible occasionally
  
• Fixed earthquake VFX
  
• Fixed VFX for idle staff animations not appearing correctly
  
• Fixed superbug items with glass materials
  
• Vomit and excretion is now visible (lucky you!)

Please note - we are aware of an issue where the ambulances aren't available in Sandbox Mode. We're working on a fix ASAP! (sorry!)

Build 1.29.39 (16.03.2022)

• Sandbox levels for Speedy Recovery now have Ambulances & Ambulance emergencies
  
• Emergencies won't be affected by the illness settings on the sandbox menu
  
• Fixed an issue where staff could quit while driving
  
• Adjusted balance for league table objectives on Betts Shore and Pointy Pass so that completed objectives don't reset after achieving them once
  
• Fixed an issue to allow researching of Ambulance upgrades in Sandbox.

A new update is available for Two Point Hospital which addresses a number of issues you've been reporting for Speedy Recovery. Release notes below!

Build: 1.29.51 (07.06.2022)

• Marketing campaigns for Driving and Flying can now be completed
  
• Staff no longer get stuck underneath ambulances
  
• Staff no longer get stuck inside ambulances after resigning
  
• Staff no longer refuse to leave the level after being fired or resigning
  
• Ambulances are now correctly returning to their parking slots
  
• All junior staff in sandbox can now learn Driving and Flying qualifications
  
• Staff should no longer enter T-pose after leaving an ambulance
  
• Two Point Campus pre-order items no longer lock sandbox saves
  
• Two Point Campus pre-order costumes are no longer removed on level load

I get an 'unsupported file system' error when I try to download the DLC? Any ideas why?

Hey there! That error appears to be due to the formatting of one or more of the drives you have selected as your Steam library install directory. Would you be able to check the following?

Go to Steam -> Settings -> Downloads -> 'Steam Library Folders' note down the drives which are mentioned here, C:, D: etc. Then open File Explorer and go to these drives, right click and enter properties. Note down what 'File System' each drive is using. Most modern drives use NTFS, however some PCs still use FAT32. If the drive that Two Point Hospital is installed on is FAT32, please uninstall and try to install on a NTFS file system drive. If you only have a FAT32 drive, I would recommend backing up your data before attempting a reformat to NTFS.

I have just start the first map of the speedy recovery.

However, one of my ambulance was stuck at the depot entrance and the other ambulance cannot deploy. No options to delete or re-deploy.... I have no choice beside restarting the map...

Hi there, not sure what's going there! At what point in Ailing are you exactly? If you're able to post a screenshot of what you're seeing that'd be handy. You can send me an email directly to [e-mail]

I'd say for now if you're unable to sell your colins and replace them, you'll need to revert to an older save or restart the level. Sorry about that!

I've brought the dlc it shows as brought and installed yet it isn't active in game please help I'm at the point where all previous dlc is playable Update I had beta on

Can you please check your DLC settings in Two Point Hospital properties in Steam? You should be able to toggle on and off all the Dlcs you own there. Speedy recovery should be listed there if you own it. Please make sure to opt out of the beta as well so you return to the Live version of the game.

I turned off beta and it worked

I've had the same issues of the extension not appearing on the map. I turned off beta but then it said unsupported file system and wouldn't load the game at all. I'm playing from a mac...

My Doctors and patients seem to be running on the spot and when i try to pick them up it wont let me move them , also when i am placing a room half the content disappears and the room looks blank i can see the highlight but not the items

when a Dr or patient try's to use the room it closes the program and says Two point ended unexpectedly

I can't seem to locate where to buy the ambulances. I've looked everywhere in Items, but they aren't there. Could someone point me in the right direction, or is it a bug?

You can buy ambulances from the ambulance bays in the level. So you click the "plot" with your ambulances in it, and a list will appear :)

My ambulances are stuck and the doctors are also stuck inside the car. Any way to unbug it?
