Stuck at hospital level 5, Hogsport.

Can I get some help on this?

Apparently, I don't know how to play this game, even though I play it exactly like I would TH.
I've got a smooth running hospital with all available rooms, and 2 GP's offices, and enough staff to keep everything running smootly. 3 doctors, 3 nurses, 2 Janitors, and 1 manning the front desk. Everybody is 5 star staff.

Rooms are packed with posters, art, coffe machines and tons of other useless crap - and still, I'm stuck on hospital level 5.

What do I need to do?
Hire an excessive amount of staff and kill my profits?
Spend money building extra rooms I don't need?
It seems so broken having to overspend, just to progress to a 2-start hospital.

Any thoughts on this?

To increase your hospital level, you need to build more rooms and hire more staff members.

Also, prestige levels of rooms does nothing to hospital level.

You shouldn't be too far from level 6 with what you have... This objective is probably just a way to force the player to understand the "leveling" system.

Don't hire anyone if you don't need them, just build one or 2 rooms to reach the level 6 even if you don't need them (you can close them if you don't want these rooms to be used at all). Once the 2 star objective has been validated, you can just sell them and get your money back.

I just over-staffed and fired them immediately.
Still....seems kinda broken.

Either way, I'm off to Lower Bullocks
