Prime Gaming items

Hello, on the Prime Gaming redeem page it says:

No. Offer can only be applied one time, and will not be accessible if you delete your game save.

So, these items can only be used once and that's it?
If so, please could you consider making them permanent?

you can keep using them but if you uninstalled the game and didn't have cloud sync on they wouldn't be available in a new save, as long as you keep the save file you should be OK

what I haven't tried yet is how this works with the 3 available save slots in TPH, should know shortly as soon as I finish Clockwise-above-thyme

Most of the items from the Amazon thing are in fact from the two item DLCs. On the lists of items they showed would be in the first 10? amazon rewards, only the Ninja outfit and possibly one more item were unique. The rest were from the DLCs.

This is annoying. I'm trying to work it out just now as I've been religiously collecting drops for several months but only just now booted the game up to play with them for the first time. I've tried inputting the code several times, and each time the browser says it's successful, but the items don't appear and the button to connect is still active. Very frustrating. I started a new save for this, I'll guess I'll have to try my original save? Such a PITA Why not just make then available for all saves?

Same thing on my game. Tried with different browsers, but nothing changes and I still get the same screen with the connect button

Edit: After a few more tries in a different computer I managed to link my accounts and got the in-game message that my TPH and Amazon accounts were succesfully connected, so I was able to claim the items finally.
