Best Expansion route after completion of main game

Which is the best order for expansions? Which are 'must do' and which can i leave off until i am really bored?

Check the wiki for what unlocks you get and decide which you want for the rest of your hospitals. For example, Robo Janitors (wiki link below) can be useful in nearly any hospital when deployed carefully, you unlock the ability to use them in any hospital on getting your Third Star in Chasm24.

Also, you don't need to finish the main game before playing DLC levels (there are thresholds you have to complete, but it's not the whole main game), or deploying immediately-available DLC content. For hot levels (like the two you play before reaching Chasm24) the DLCs have several alternatives to high-maintenance Air Conditioners.

We all expect/want different things from expansions and the difficulty can also be an important factor. Since it's very subjective and there is no "terrible" expansion in my opinion, many players will recommend drastically different routes/preferences.

My ranking so far is the following one from best to worst :
1. Pebberley Island
2. Bigfoot
3. Off the Grid
4. Culture Shock
5. A Stitch In Time
6. Close Encounters

The completion order doesn't matter that much since DLCs are all "independant" but I guess difficulty could be a factor. Here is how I would rate the DLC from the hardest to the easiest but once again depending on your playstyle you may find some DLCs harder/easier than me :
1. Close Encounters
2. Pebberley Island
3. Bigfoot
4. Culture Shock
5. A Stitch In Time
6. Off the Grid

Otherwise for reference, here is how each DLC is rated by players on Steam and could help you decide which DLCs are best but there aren't many reviews for some of them :
