M.E.G.A scan only? or with X-ray better?

In the fitzpocket academy level you do not need a DNA room because there is not much DNA illnesses.

So was wondering which of these is better
Only M.E.G.A scan room?
M.E.G.A + X-ray?
M.E.G.A + xray + fluid analysis?

MEGA is like the best, tho MEGA combine with other diagnosis rooms will get u just slightly more %, X-ray and fluid analysis best starting room at the begin, but in late game, I recommend u build MEGA scan only and focus training doctor working in that room.

Each disease is best diagnosed in different diagnoses rooms -- MEGA scan is great, but not the best for everything. Since you're asking about Fitzpocket Academy I'd recommend (if you don't mind spoilers) that you go to the wiki's page on it (below), see what diseases are going to be there, and then go to those disease' pages to get the best diagnostic rooms for them. For example, Shock Horror is best diagnosed in the DNA Lab, Fluid Analysis, and Ward -- not saying MEGA won't do, but it's not the best for Shock Horror.
