yes does this game have bloated head cause i miss that from an older hospital managment game

Unfortunately not. No Slack Tongue either. But there's so many great ones that it's going to be magic for fans of Theme Hospital.

okay so this game is very fun as well...loving it..just like Theme Hospital its got funny illnesses and just all around funny stuff

The similarities make sense. Some of the developers also made the original Theme Hospital.
