Best Sandbox Map?

I hate that this game doesn't have a blank map where you can just literally build and expand your own hospital. Maybe one day they will add it. (Doubtful) However, what is the best sandbox map? I get it this is subjective, but which one do you prefer?

Duckworth-upon-bilge. You never get to play it as a "real" hospital and it's a special level so playing it like a normal hospital is always an experience. Similarly I like the first of the Bigfoot DLC -- Underlook Hotel.
